By downloading, installing, or using SetGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2Description of Service

SetGo is a fitness application that provides customizable interval timers, workout tracking, exercise management, and related features. The app is designed for general fitness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

3Subscriptions & Payments

• SetGo offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and annual plans)
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial eligibility is determined by the App Store or Google Play Store

4User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, including custom exercises, workout presets, and journal entries. This content is stored on your device and, when cloud backup is on, in your private cloud backup. You can delete your cloud data at any time in Settings.

5Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within SetGo are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.

6Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SetGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from the use of this app.

You use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

7Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be made available within the app and on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
