Privacy Policy

1Information We Collect

SetGo collects minimal data to provide you with the best experience. This includes:

• Workout history, journal entries, presets, and preferences, stored on your device and, when cloud backup is on, in your private cloud backup
• A randomly generated account identifier used to keep your backup private to you
• Subscription status managed securely through RevenueCat
• Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports to improve app performance and stability

If you choose to sign in to protect your backup, we also store the name and email address that Apple, Google or your email sign-in shares with us, so your account can be recognized on a new phone. We never collect your location, and we only see other personal details if you send them through our support form.

2Data Storage

Your workout data, journal entries, presets, and preferences are stored locally on your device. When cloud backup is on, a copy of this data is also stored securely in our cloud database (hosted by Supabase) so your data can be restored and kept in sync. Backups are private to your account, and access is enforced on our servers.

You can turn off cloud backup and permanently delete your cloud data at any time in Settings using Delete My Data and Account.

Subscription information is processed and stored by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) under their own privacy policies.

3Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase - Cloud database that stores your backup
• RevenueCat - Subscription management and payment processing
• Mixpanel - Anonymous usage analytics
• Sentry - Crash reporting and app stability
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store - App distribution and in-app purchases
• Expo - App framework, updates, and push notification delivery

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

4Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All subscription transactions are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play Store. Your local data is protected by your device's built-in security features.

5Children's Privacy

SetGo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children unless they have been granted permission by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
